In The Vampire Diaries Inside 7×08 “Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me” Caroline Dries reveals Mary Louise has a very important question to ask Nora!

It’s their 130th or there about anniversary. Julian is going to help by throwing an anniversary party for the girls and Julie Plec reveals he’s going to plan a very special gift for Nora.

Julie also reveals that Lily has finally come to her senses and realizes Julian isn’t all he’s cracked up to be, so she wants to help her sons deal with him and try to make things right. To do this she has to pretend that everything is okay, nothing is wrong, and “It’s all good!” Lily goes to the party and plays the doting girl friend, while hiding her true intentions.

Caroline reveals that the twist is that Lily has linked her life to Julian’s so whatever happens to Julian happens to her.

Meanwhile, Julie reveals that Caroline must figure out how to break the news to Stefan that she’s pregnant with Alaric’s twins.

Meanwhile, following a major revelation uncovered by Valerie (guest star Elizabeth Blackmore), Caroline (Candice King) is forced to face her new reality, even as it threatens to destroy her relationship with Stefan. Finally, determined to do what’s best for her family, Lily makes the most difficult decision of her life.
