In The Originals Inside 3×14 “A Streetcar Named Desire” Michael Narducci reveals this episode will see the aftermath of Stefan Salvatore’s arrival in New Orleans where he sees the mess the Mikaelson family is in.

Diane Ademu-John confirms there are bullets made from the White Oak that will kill an Original such as Klaus and Elijah. So Stefan knows that if Klaus dies, Stefan goes right down with him, as well as Marcel, Damon, Caroline, and all the other vampires that Klaus has sired. In other words, all the vampires on The Vampire Diaries.

As Diane continues, one monster pair of siblings against another monster pair of siblings trapped in a cage of the mind and they’re going to fight it out.

Michael reveals that by the end of this episode everything will change.
