The Originals character poster and symbols of Camille “Cami” O’Connell, played by Leah Pipes!
The Originals sexy resident psychologist and bartender, Cami O’Connell, played by talented Leah Pipes, has significantly influenced Klaus since The Vampire Diaries. Will he chase her until she catches him?
She first caught Klaus’ eye in the 4×20 backdoor pilot on The Vampire Diaries, “The Originals” written by Julie Plec, when Marcel jumped off the balcony to join her for a stroll. Later in that episode Klaus caught up with her as they watched a street painter where she psychoanalyzed him instead of the painter. She had his number then and didn’t realize it, but he did.
Although Cami is getting stronger this season, now that she’s decided to try and get away from all the supernatural drama, she’s had her struggles when she thought she was going crazy when Klaus was compelling her to be his spy. Then she lost her Uncle Kieran, played by Todd Stashwick. Klaus saved her and gave the good Father a merciful death. Will she be able to save Klaus from his demons and vengeful parents?
Thanks to her friendship with Davina, she’s back in the supernatural realm again. She persuaded Klaus not to kill his father, Mikael played by Sebastian Roche. Based on that advice, which he took, her good intentions will no doubt backfire on both of them. But you can’t blame a girl for trying!
Behind the scenes, Leah has been engaged to AJ Trauth since Christmas, 2013, when he got down on one knee and proposed. “It was the best moment of my life!” she said!
In the character poster for Cami she’s holding a dove, a symbol of peace. Will she be able to bring peace and maybe some happiness to the dysfunctional Mikaelson family?
