Pictures and synopsis of The Originals episode rerun as “The Battle of New Orleans” begins!

From these pictures from The Originals episode “The Battle of New Orleans,” it looks like Elijah will be gettings lots of exercise as he gets his hands bloody.

We can almost guess what will happen in the scene these pictures are from.

It starts out with Francesca, played by Peta Sargent, who arrives at the Mikaelson compound with some of her men. She intends to perhaps try to make a deal with Klaus and Elijah, and the briefcase may be filled with money to bribe them. She’s very confident and doesn’t intend to back down in the face of death.

Diego and some of the other vampires, perhaps sent by Marcel, are also gathered in the compound. Peace is not on their minds. Perhaps this is where Marcel appears on the balcony to taunt Klaus.

Things get out of hand and the vampires attack the humans. Enter Elijah, either to try and restore order or to just get rid of all these pesky humans and other vampires. When he’s done, his hands are covered with blood and his shirt is also speckled red. He straightens out his suit. A job well done?

Jackson has managed to survive, but not without a few scraps. Hayley hugs and comforts him as Elijah watches in the background.

Feel free to share your interpretation of the pictures, plus any other comments!
